Wing is one of those clients where I realized, “Holy sh*t, the future is now.” They use small unmanned aircraft to bypass car traffic and get people what they need, within 10 minutes of ordering. In other words, Amazon Prime was gonna need to level up.

Wing launched in three international markets and enlisted Character to bring them out from the mystery of the Moonshot Factory and into the bright light of public life. I crafted how their premiere would be communicated verbally, with a tone of voice that could flex across their three key audiences—the public, customers, and the government. For the web portion, I collaborated with our design team to devise which pages of the site would talk to what audience, along with writing all said site copy.
