Motherhood requires a level of selflessness that often leaves the care that mothers need for themselves far down the list of priorities. MUTHA aims to remedy that, giving women an effortless way to soothe, uplift, and celebrate their bodies through skincare that puts them first.
My responsibilities included everything from the verbal identity to copy for web, packaging, product, and social launch assets. Character NY led the design process and I led verbal from SF. The visual design team crafted such a striking, bold visual system, that I made it my mission to ensure verbal design matched that singular, fearless energy.
I also freelance for the MUTHA team and led their late 2021 campaign “Selfish Acts”, which centered on redefining the word selfish and turning it into a badge of honor. I sold the campaign in collaboration with the design studio SantosDilone.
